Shari owes a good friend most of the recognition of her accomplishments. Kay Young has helped and taught her most everything Shari knows about barrel racing. From the basics to loaning her a horse when she needed one. Kay is one of the best horsewomen in the country and is a great friend. She has been to the NFR seven times on many different horses and has more accomplishments then Shari even knows. Shari has gone to Oklahoma and stayed with Kay and rode with her and bought numerous horses from her. Shari will tell you no one is better at training barrel horses than Kay. They are awesome when Kay is finished. Shari knows that she owes Kay an incredible amount of recognition for her time and patience. Kay is a great friend and horse woman. Shari is honored to know and have Kay as her good friend.
This horse is now owned by Tana Poppino. She is ranked in the top 15 as of Oct. 2006.
